  Coaching is goal-focused and time-bound – like prepping for interviews or stepping into a new role. Mentoring is ongoing support where we tackle real-life challenges together, as they come up in your day-to-day work. Think of me as your silent partner helping you shine.

• Do you offer one-off consultations?

  Yes! I offer short-term, focused consultations when you need clarity or feedback on something specific.

• Can the coaching be private or anonymous?

  Absolutely. I fully respect confidentiality and can work without any public exposure if you prefer.

  We'll start by examining why you're considering a change. Sometimes we can reshape your current role to meet your needs. If you decide to search, we'll craft a low-profile plan with steps you can take quietly and strategically.
